Great place lots of items for pets
Ron knows his stuff, is easy to work with, and offers real value. The electric fence product is great and Ron was able to make the change from another product with no hassels and at an attractive price.
At first great.....now they suck. They don't respond to phone calls for service and when you're dealing with a broken electric fence, it's important that someone responds so your pet doesn't run off the property. Found another dealer who responded right away and came out for same day service. Maybe if Ridgefield Pet had stuck with animals and stopped expanding into landscaping and generators, they wouldn't have lost a long time customer!
