I have been using Limestone Service since I first moved to Ridgefield more than 30 years ago, after I returned my U-Haul there. Jimmy and crew are honest, fair and do excellent work.
What a joke.You break it then pass the buck. Its really sad when things like this happen.
Dont know Jimmys position there but he was horrible. The other two individuals were fairly sympathetic.
Owner strikes me as a very honest and reasonable guy. Good service. Even though the place doesn't look as polished as a dealership my car is in good hands
Limestone is my go to place whenever I'm in ridgefield to have anything looked at or repaired on my car. They're very honest about what needs to be done, their prices are fair (especially for how expensive ridgefield can be), and their customer service is top notch.
Worst customer service experience EVER! I called AAA for a service call related to a flat tire. Limestone was called out. While removing the lug nuts, one of the lugs snapped off. I was told its not safe to drive by their driver. It was then towed to another garage. This garage should have never received my vehicle so I contacted AAA. Limestone immediately went on the defense. Stating it was someone else's fault why the lug snapped. I believe the individual I spoke with was Jimmy. Very rude and condescending. He called to say we haven't fixed it. We put on the spare with a missing lug. Isn't this the same missing lug I was told is unsafe to drive without.
What's also nice is If they can't outright fix your car but are concerned for your safety, they'll refer you to other folks they trust in the area without a second guess, even if it means them losing business- and it's nice to know they care about the people before the car.
